With a wealth of experience spanning seven years, I bring a proven track record of designing impactful training and instructional materials for diverse delivery methods, including face-to-face, blended, and e-Learning. My expertise encompasses a range of roles, including that of instructional designer, online educator, adjunct instructor, Oxford certified English teacher, and writing instructor. I am regarded as a subject matter expert in the fields of Instructional Design, e-Learning Development, Needs Analysis, and Adult Learning Theory, and am committed to delivering the highest standard of education and training to my students and clients.
Analysis & Assessment
analyzing the learning needs of the target audience, defining the learning objectives, and determining the best instructional strategies to meet those objectives.
Development
creating the actual instructional materials, such as e-learning courses, instructional videos, interactive simulations, and other multimedia materials.
Design
creating a blueprint or plan for the instructional materials, including the content, instructional strategies, assessments, and technology to be used.
Implementation & evaluation
testing and refining the instructional materials, and evaluating their effectiveness in meeting the learning objectives. This includes collecting feedback from learners, instructors, and stakeholders, and using data to continuously improve the instructional materials.
